General tips for a medical job interview
1. Keep your answers short.
Keep in mind that you are applying for a medical position. The job is more fact based, so you don’t need to explain a lot. The shorter and clearer your answers the better. It saves both your time, and the interviewers time too.
2. Try to keep the rants a minimum.
Or better yet, none at all. Of course, this doesn’t apply to those who have no job experience yet, but if you do, and it was a not so pleasant one, your interviewer would appreciate it if you did not delve into the details of how your last co-worker ruined your career. It’s not only grossly unprofessional, it also shows that you might have problems with your co workers in the future.
3. Be prepared.
Try to research a bit about the company you’re applying to and what job you’re applying for.
