One-On-One Interview — Part I

Usually a one-to-one interview dialogues last for two hours and are totally customized to ones needs and personal conditions. One-to-one interviews cover all the significant features of interviews, from wide-ranging skills to ethical/complicated work scenarios, present issues affecting your area of expertise and other hot topics.

 

 A usual session is performed as follows:

* A 20 to 30 minutes simulated interview. This allows to experiment different features of interview method and to evaluate your disadvantages precisely.

 * Feedback.  This will provide across-the-board feedback on your performance and categorize the areas on which more vocation is required to fine-tune the interview practice.
