Your managerial skill and aptitude to put a conclusion to hard conditions is the primary distress for medical interviews. As a junior doctor, your duty for the most part is to report problems to a senior associate. Now, as a mentor, you will in reality be involved to deal with it. No more passing the buck, you must take responsibility. Whether you are performing with an underperforming colleague, a colleague under the outcome of drugs or drink or a consultant who is violating protocols or instructions, you will need to express that you are capable to deliberate all features of the matter including the patients’ outlook, the reporting and legal features, and the colleague’s perception.
